Literally no mana issues.
You can hold ur rightclick button for around 6-7 seconds and spamfire Barrage til u are short on mana. One second later you have full mana again :p
Since the Barrage-combo costs ~12 Mana and Clarity lvl 6 already regens between 8-9 Mana,
there are no mana issues whatsoever.
In addition to that, you skill "Soul Siphon" for Mana Gain on every Cull and "Mana Flows" for 40% increased Mana regen (check passive tree :) )


To the other question:
If u are running with other people in parties, you can cull whenever you want.
Just be sure that u can handle the damage u might take in certain areas and check if u can wear ur magic-finding gear. I mainly use this char to cull in highlevel maps or sometimes for Dominus. But as i said: if u feel comfortable with it, there are no boundaries :p

I'm looking to level this build on torment, any suggestions on how to go about doing that?

I will be leveling this starting today on Torment. Without IIQ gem, my thoughts were either keeping it as a 5L so you can get a chest that has some def on it (good res chest to possibly offset the res gap) some more HP (Belly) or better Def (Coil) or even stick with the Tabby and throw a lvl 2+ empower in it.

looks great, so how effective is this build for solo on end game?
