[1.3 HC] Will's RF Burning Discharger...Nuke the Whole Screen

Tried the build, very fun. The clear speed is pretty good with all the AoE goodness. It can cause lag though with everything on screen. :D

Generally you only start using Righteous Fire around level 65 (when you can start using Rise of the Phoenix). You need around 11.7% HP regen per second (assuming no flat regen on gear) from the tree along with Purity of Fire and Rise of the Phoenix to sustain Righteous Fire. I leveled with Facebreakers (get Resolute Technique, refund at lvl 65), but you can use any skill to get to 65. Just make sure you level the relevant gems.

i have same shield Armour and weapon. however i cant run RF yet. using Vita and purity of fire both around lvl 15-16. should i be able to run RF yet bcos currently i cant. and im not sure why

Wait until your PoF is lvl 17 for the extra 1% max resist, that should help. Or use a +2 fire scepter for purity.

I didn't see a list of your gear. I know rise of the phoenix, but what else you using? Not sure what and how to link, as well as how to get those charges in the first place. Looks really fun!

i just respecced my MF marauder into this build on bloodlines at level 89 and having a blast!



rings are just for the missing stats and resistances, i will be looking for more suited rings later on but wanted to get going with the build!

How would you handle reflect?

I know in essence that this is a burn prolif build, but that initial hit is crazy. With the Flask, you should be at 98% fire resistance. Is that enough?

Build is real fun to me, ty m8.

Will it be viable with 2.0?
