[1.3] Poor man's Kinetic Blast 32.5+k GMP Ondar's/Vaal Pact/Acro [Atziri viable] (30/12 Update)

I was thinking about using HoT-CoH-Assassins Mark for power charge generation, use something else instead of PCoC, any thoughts?

Edit: Just noticed because of the short range of HoT it's not optimal.

four questions:
1. I cant seem to understand how u can reserve 95% of your mana and still have enough to cast a 55
mana skill as a main attack.

can you plz explain? im already having problems w a 4l and just 2 heralds+hatred

2. what do you think about voll's protector? u can switch the pcoc for something else then

3. why weapon ele dmg and not physical projectile dmg skill gem?

4. why not run anger/wrath instead of ice+thunder?

With lvl 20 reduced mana and 12% reduced mana reserved from tree i reserve 82% of my mana..that leaves me with 162 mana to cast KB wich is at least 3/4 shots if we don't kill anything that replenish our mana:)

How do you guys get your mana regen? I don't see how the main build can keep attacking.

As i said it's not a attack-spam..what i do it's fire 1-2 times and the mob's death refill my mana...50% or no regen maps are doable just paying more attention to not waste hit on nothing and using mana pots (Surgeon is required tho)

build is working great for me!

I made a few tweaks however..

curse on hit + HOT + assassin's mark + reduced mana in 4 link
switched out faster attacks with pierce in 5 link, seems to have much more dps/clear speed

picked up mana leach to help with mana issues along with EB

frost wall is also good for single target damage

1. Voll's protector could be an option but i had some problem in capping res and thoose from chest are gold...also we got few %life nodes and having none on chest is an huge decrease of life...i wouldn't use Voll's

2. I've tried both and WED seems far superior, probably because the presence of heralds+hatred that gives a not ignorable part of ele dmg.

3. No, would require an investment in point we can't afford.. Heralds are gold :)

I've noticed you've stopped using acrobatics and phase. Is there a reason for this?

I've noticed only death came from random reflect pack offscreen and never from attack/spell so i've tried to trade acro/phase for VP.. much better :)
