Hey, I like the build and I was wondering if you had considered using reverbation rod and putting spark+light pen+empower in it and putting molten shell in the 6L instead of spark. I don't know how it would work, but it's a free spell echo which is otherwise impossible to get in LLD and +1 gems for dmg scaling on spark

" I've messed a bit with the wand and while the marginally faster cast speed seems good you are missing way too much flat mana/spell damage to make up for it. The wand is a great started wand untill you find something better though and is definitely not to be underestimated. Hello I'm quite new with pvp so i have some noobish question;) How do You put on gems that needs 31 lvl with 28 lvl character? I thought it is possible with Atziri's Foible amulet, but even with amu on i still can't put lightning pene gem into my gear. Or is this build just so out of date, and penetration gems was removed from 28 lvl pvp?
