reduced mana lvl20 has 71% modifier
hatred costs 60%
HoA 25%
HoT 25%
little math:
(60+25+25)*0,71= 78,1, 100-78,1=21,9

you should still have 21,9% of your mana

Mana sustain is still a problem since we dont have mana nodes lol :D
but HoT with warlords mark or selfcast warlords mark solves this.
for map bosses or atziri you can swap faster attacks for mana leech

EDIT: Deleted post. Static strike was released as a main-hand skill, but was changed to alternate hands in 1.3.0c, which I wasn't aware of. Sorry!

Actually, after searching a bit, Static Strike only attacks with the mainhand... for now. It will be fixed in a future patch, it's a bug.

does this matter somehow? because we use the same weapon in main and offhand anyways

2nd It is the Tooltip dps shown and yours is the single target dps after 0.75 seconds...

Now go to poe.xyz and search for an ammy with 60% crit mult. they cost 1ex+

It's a cheap build, that doesnt mean that you can gear it expensive. you only need 2 doryanis to make it viable. thats 4-10 ex...
