Note that my character is a ranger and I was following another guide but it seemed to be way out of date, If I switch out drillneck I can refund the pierce passive points in the skill tree, I have about 9 exalts to work with for gear

Get a pure phys% roll and a hybrid phys %+accuracy roll. Top tier bows have that plus high flat +-+ phys damage.

how to sustain the mana? apparently the one from passive tree isn't enough to keep up with the spamming of TS with GMP
It is for me, you can get it on gear too if you need.
If it is an issue you can take out P2L to keep the phys damage for leech.
Thanks. I think I can sustain now with a higher dps. How do you reach 4.9k hp? I'm currently lvl 91 with 3,871 hp, was 4k when I was using snakebite instead of +1 Magligaro Virtuosity. Amulet has 42hp, 104hp from chest, 61hp from boots and 43hp from 1ring

I have pretty high tier life rolls on my gear. Belt, boots, rings, quiver, chest, amulet, etc.

I think your version of the build is by far the most efficient and viable. I solely play HC so my gear choices will be a bit different. I played TS shot many leagues ago, but I want to play it again becuase of the changes to GMP/LMP. I will using either maligaro's or rat's nest endgame, which do you think is better for overall effective/efficient dps? My guess would be rat's nest. What changes if any would you make to your build to play on HC?
HC I would go with only one of Rats or Mali's. I'd probably go Rat's nest TBH. Get rare gloves. The ultimate end game option chest wise is probably still lightning coil. not cheap, but HC I'd get that if I could.
Other than that, possibly dip into life a bit earlier than normal.

Phase Run, not needed, but useful at times, not currently using it.
Blink Arrow, needed. It saves your life, gives you mobility and is just fun.
I use HoI + CoH + Assassin's Mark. You could do HoT though.
