" to start, and without sounding terribly rude, just about all your gear is the reason why you only have 5k dps. get rid of binos, get rid of rathpith, vendor your rings, ammy. drop pain attunement in the tree (alot of people missed this memo) it does nothing for you. level past 95+ this build was nerfed fairly hard in the sense that you will not be able to make it close to optimal without close to a lvl 100 char, and without some serious gear. i wouldnt even suggest bothering with it unless you have the currency to mirror a few things. with full mirrored gear practically, im sitting at 84/85k ish gmp faster proj. those numbers are sad compared to what we had before 1.3. the numbers i have now were numbers i could reach in temp leagues without any serious gear, i cant even fathom the loss in damage for those who build in temp leagues or arent fortunate enough to reach the gear level some can. bottom line, just do low life kinetic blast if your persistent on playing a "low life" build. the damage is insane, theres a more indepth and up to date guide by lawyne that you can follow step by step. low life spectral throw has become quite a "novelty esque" type of build where its played by those who have invested in it from the start. trying to build one now without the proper tools from scratch is very unoptimal in every sense of the word. " It's pretty depressing only reading this now, after having leveled a witch to 72 and already started investing in the GG items. I leveled from 60-72 with 700-1100 dps. Was it fun? No. Not in any way was it fun. I did the same mistake two leagues ago, but at least now I have some currency. Of course I didn't read the nerf memo, so yet again I am the fool. For comparison with post 1.3.0 update to pre 1.3.0 update check out my thread. real dps came from Other Skills DPS. (updated for 1.3.0 day of patch and since been refined)
