What is a better choice, hoi or hoa? i see that you are running hoa in your shield

It's just .... The sound of stuff shattering is so satisfying :D ash provides more dps, right? the chill/freeze effect is worth the differenc??

no, Ice offers more tooltip + shatter, as I said, if u feel better with Ice, take Ice ;)
