Get off of PS/Chain asap - PS was already no good pre 1.3 without top gear and it only got harder with the crit nerfs. Switch to KB asap it will work far better.


You're currently getting almost no dps from your CoE - you have no spell dmg on shield, and none on amulet. (so missing 100% spell dmg on gear) Your only benefits are coming from the tree.

Get your gems leveled, replace Dragon Whorl asap. (literally only contributing 1-4 base pdps as damage - combined with the other below par WED rolls on gear you're missing a giant chunk of WED and spell dmg)


As Lawyne said, you need a wand with crit chance on it asap and hopefully better dmg. You need to be able to get rid of the crit strikes gem and still be capped asap. (as it is now you're basically dpsing on a FOUR LINK due to crit strikes and life leech - a 4l PS with chain/gmp cutting the damage, and the only dps boosting gem being Added Acc.)


Add them all together, and you can see why you do no dps.

maybe do as i do, i run a lower lvl AA with 20Q so it still gives the same movement speed. just look up on poe wiki how much total mobile drain inner force since i guess u have inner force :) there u can see how much every level drains and fix it to the level best suited for your mana reg.
