It kind of seems to me they nerfed Puncture because using the Trap gem increased its power significantly. This doesnt account for melee though which cant use traps. Puncture was my skill I used against physical reflect mobs because I could hit them 2-3 times and i would be highly unlikely to hit and kill myself,this is an acro character, then they would bleed out. Now I cant rely on that anymore and need to figure out a good Ele single target skill that works with daggers. I dont know, maybe melee was intended to get hit just the same with this one.

I have to say, nerf or not, the patch notes were plain wrong, it has the same %increased physical damage per level as before, not more.

GGG needs to comment on this. Fix the skill, admit the mistake, or better yet, do both.
