Well people 6link it because you get some nice mods out of it that you cant get from rares, a decent roll doomsower is better than most rare swords you can find, with the right build of course. I bought it this evening and I use it for cyclone 2h sword. Sure, I'm not benefiting from the fire dmg part, but it is still a great sword for my purpose! With Doomsower you can get higher. 3) Doomsower has a faster attack speed, which just feels better (at least to me).
