I am truly hoping that this really isn't going to be as bad as it sounds.
I just recently finished grinding the shit out of my masters to get 8 so I can actually start crafting some stuff to use in game. Now that is no longer possible. The economy is soo fucked up that it is impossible to make any cash to buy top tier items. I have Never even seen an eternal orb drop and I have multiple lvl 90+ characters run 78 maps and NOT one has ever dropped for me, now i need 5! for mutliple crafted mods? Not to mention that Everything I did purchase or grind for hours/days to find is now totally worthless as they were nerfed into the ground. This is getting ridiculous with the amount of nerfs and the rift you are causing between the have's and the have nots. I have no problem with not having every top tier item as I play 20-30 hours a week and not 10 hours a day like a lot of ppl do, that being said 20 hours a week is a HUGE time investment to have it screwed over like this. How bout instead of making it so the ppl who take longer to reach the goal don't get fucked over every time they get close and just make the goals farther away. How hard would it really be to just make some higher level instances of current zones to challenge the ppl who are walking through all the content now instead of fucking over those of us who take a LOT longer to reach that level?

Way I see it, there's reasons for every nerf. Have you guys thought of the fact that the current (pre-1.3) setups will be too powerful when used with the new gems?

Quite honestly, I'm looking forward to trying out the new changes. :)

Time will tell I guess. But I'm fairly confident that if this doesn't work out too well, then GGG can make changes in 1.4, as they always do.

1.4 Patchnotes
- PvE was removed from the game, it didn't work out too well.

Not sure if that was supposed to be directed at me as I am literally arguing the same point as you?

Also I havent insulted anyone in my comments I have said people are butthurt but thats not an insult

That wasn't directed at you^^ I fully agree with you.

I fully understand almost everyone's point here. I can relate to people who get butthurt over the changes to a game they like. And I also know that not all players are like me. I played this game for thousand of hours and never got close to LV80 because I love to experiment. And because I only play HC I have to start over all the time^^

I just wanted to say: Its a game guys. Be cool...
So much negativity before actually experiencing these changes, I, like others here am excited for the challenge and possible paradigm shift towards build construction and balancing between offensive and defensive abilities. I've always tried to maximize my offense and collect just enough defense to survive, seems like this patch is pushing things further in that direction, should be interesting to see when things kick off later tonight, until then, meditate, focus and prepare.
Well, i really disagree with these patch notes. They nerfed my shatter chuck COMPLETELY, it is useless now. After all the grind i had to do, its just sad. I guess ill take a nreak from the game and go play some DIABLO 3 for a looooooooong while. It was extremely fun while it lasted.

GG GGG.
Nerf always nerf.
But when nerf desynchro ?
Nerf bug click. ( when you use move only, my caracter attack an enemy at oposite.) Résult ? Magnus Stonethorn OS me by this fu*** Flammeblast.

After that maybe the game will be playable.

Where is the content for end game ? Donjon, evolutionary ? a new difficulty which evolved with our character ? I don't know, but something.

ps: Where is the translation patch ?

ps2:Most of my friends no longer play because of this reasons.

Sorry for my bad english, and who i'm disappointed.

Hybrid weapon mods have been removed from Vagan and Tora's crafting options. Crafted items that already have these mods will not be affected. Their economic impact was severe.

Can you explain more about that "economic impact" please?
fkxLegacySpectral : lvl 97 Raider ST HowA [Legacy]
fkxBreachSlayer : lvl 95 Slayer Blade Flurry [Breach]
fkxCrockett : lvl 94 Saboteur Ice Trap [Perendus]
fkxRampage : lvl 94 Witch Fireball [Rampage]
fkxShadow : lvl 95 Shadow FP/CI [open beta]
ITT: People, who seem to be fairly new players, complaining that they farmed (and farmed, and farmed, and farmed... in a farming game) and now their specific build is nerfed.

This happens every. single. patch. The nerfs are heavier this time around, for sure, but that's because most top builds required <10 exa to do 78 maps, and at a very quick pace due to crit and such.

Welcome to GGG. Nothing stays good forever. This game is meant to be difficult.

Come at me.

In regards to Atziri. The atziri fight is a mechanical fight and not every build is supposed to be able to kill her. GGG have also mentioned that they intend on having an number of uber bosses and their aim is not to have one build able to kill all of them easily

Dude, I am stoked for that. I hope you're not shitting on us, because right now there's no reason to do uuber atziri aside from "Cause I can, lulululul." If that's they're intent, then blaze away GGG.

Just buff some of the more worthless defense stats please :/ I don't want to have to go EB/MOM on my molten striking templar now.

Sidenote: As someone who only plays on the temp leagues, and fuck the graveyard that is standard, can we not please end up in a world where end game viability hinges on getting a unique item that on average takes 6 months to get enough currency for? I'm not a bot. :< I got other things to do in those 3-4 months. You know...like eat? And piss? Catch a coffee break and 40 winks between Piety runs?
