Content Update 1.3.0: Torment, Bloodlines and PvP!
Awesome! I'm not really interested in PvP, but even casuals like myself can get a reward for completing just 1 challenge! :)

Looks like GGG played magic the gathering a lot! Maybe next leagues will be called urza's saga and ice age ;)

actually for the first time not too worried about the passive changes. The new Shadow and Witch areas are really strong like the Ranger start, I think theres more build diversity on offer as a result. I feel like the Templar and Marauder especially need more efficient pathing, theyre getting it, and better they get it now so its done and out of the way. My character list is way too heavy on rangers, shadows and witches.
I feel like all the news is positive, not sure where the crying is coming from tbh. If you look at games you have to pay for like D3, and what got added to that game in the years after release, then look at the amount of stuff we have had put into PoE since ob it literally puts them to shame. All this talk of rehashing is frankly ridiculous, no other arpg has ever been this fast and plentiful with content updates. |

First the 1.3.0 release time is dumb. Really. CET players starting at 3 AM? Cool.
Secondly, we don't even get to check out the content before the release of new challenge leagues... People will want to start off the bat being prepared for that Hardcore stuff but they won't be able to do it, not even talking about new uniques and gems that totally opens up new build possibilities. Idk... it's just dumb. Pisses me off. Nemesis IGN: [Removed by Admin]

Good job GGG. Again. I will definitely continue my support.

Looking forward to it :) Europeans drew the shortest straw in regards to starting time though

Lot if cool pvp feature but pvp is not good when it's gear base instead of skill base imo(its probably nice for ppl wich are bad at pvp they can win if they have GG gear).
If pvp have a kind of succes rmt will increase like crazy. We will see some mirrored ilvl28 item Last edited by Dazoul on Nov 27, 2014, 10:42:52 AM

Even if I don't play PvP I really like that the PvP com is finally getting their juice. I really like the option of creating pvp-only chars - taking a note from the originial Guild Wars, great stuff.
Challenge Leagues look ok. I happy with the HC league. SC sounds like modified treasure goblins. I will probably play HC but probably not as active. Also excited for the new uniques and skills, I'm looking forward to the patch. |
