Poison makes this build busted again. I'll put more info up later, but I put a note in the first post as to why. Finding the best spells to deliver it with is the next step, but Spark totems is likely the best I can see now.

If you are using a lvl 20+ gem, yes. This build is designed to use a level 1 gem and use mana primarily for defense. 50 mana totems are so cheap. What is more important is the base spell's spell factors like crit chance, cast time, damage effectiveness, etc.
So we're looking for the best formulas like this Cast per second * Damage Effectiveness * chances to hit And then take into account the size of the area affected and the base crit chance along with any other unique spell factors like Flame Surge's 50% more damage against burning enemies. Spark works well because it casts quickly and has 4 projectiles in the new patch; even a 70% effectiveness comes out way ahead. You get less 30% damage, and less 30% speed, and lose a support with spell totem. But you gain a second totem, spell automation so you can curse and Frost Wall, 2 more projectiles with Rain of Splinters, and the safety of totem casting. You can also get 100% pierce without the gem via the tree and Projectile Weakness and either curse scaling or the unique pierce jewel. Alright, then we came to the same conclusion.
I'll try (and stream) Lvl20EK+Poison Version Otherwise you just try to search the the best combination of the offensive properties, agreed. Btw. Controlled Destruction is pretty insane for Crit-builds aswell :P |

CD is crazy good. So is Void Manipulation. I'm builing for the new league, but this build running low life would be even crazier. Would not be able to use MoM though, and that is one of the key strengths. Doomed for Life

I'm actually pretty hyped to try this out.
Spark Dual Totem would be my skill of choice and i will probably post a passive skill-tree before the start here, but i'd love to see your take on this. Having never played a build with EB/MOM/ZO i'm curious about your opinion about defense and if it's enough for HC. |

Also, you'd have to build differently for HC, as I don't get near enough life for that. I know it can work, but you lose a lot of damage getting there. It may be worth it for the cheap totems and poison scaling. Once I get some testing under my belt, I';ll get a HC tree variant together. Love to see your HC take on it. Doomed for Life
