We don't know if it's more than 8% at levels 21+. Seems like it was just a pointless nerf to make us slightly weaker.

The build seems playable, but compared to 1.1.5 it's noticeably weaker.

Anyway you could make an affordable gear section for the start of league or beginner characters?

Rather new to the game can anybody explain the gems in this quote please? Or point me to a site that explains the abbreviations etc. Thanks in advance.

Since this build is aimed at uber it's goal isn't really to be affordable. However the only truly mandatory item is alpha's howl and then belly of the beast is semi-mandatory. With alphas and belly you can start running normal atziri.
