Why "must" every little buff be absolutely gamebreaking to make it "worth"? I'd prefer NOT to have random encounter of additional (beyond) monsters while I fastkill stuff added to the main game, its much more disturbing than the rampage buffs ever could become.

And for real, these buffs are sometimes very handy, and there ARE situations where you CAN rely on them, like against big blue packs or in flooding missions of Elreon.

because otherwize the game becomes an inconsistent mozaic which tends to be extremely confusing...
I doubt beyond mobs will be a permanent thing: they will become something which you will most likely see only in high end maps achieved either as a direct hard lock or by greatly increasing the number of kills needed to spawn enough portals.


I am not arguing against their usefulness, I mentioned that in particular the stun can be very beneficial. I am arguing about their lack of focus.

Rampage and Beyond options should just settle into the bargain slots in Zana's map device menu. I think Rampage should be priced at one Alc and Beyond at maybe a Chaos, if that.
