Honestly, nothing. I posted my build, included the videos that show my claims of success and got a pm from GGG saying they liked the build, how it worked and the ways it dealt with incoming damage while keeping a strong enough offense. They also liked how it was a spell but with a melee feel.

I literally did nothing else but post it and prove it. :)

They do copy the build and test it on their servers never touching my character. They had already run it before contacting me so they do test these first.

Interesting build. Although with the targeting issues I've had with LT I'm still not sold on any build that uses it as the primary DPS skill. It looks like you do some very nice DPS with Ice Spear. :)

Too bad there's so much freezing in most of your videos. I take it that freezing wasn't happening in game or else you surely would have died a LOT more!!!

correct. WHen I watched a part of the vid back i was like... oh man. It may be a setting with open broadcaster. Not sure.

Not the best vid card either.

I don't like this build because it is expensive and underwhelming. I regret that this made it to BotW..

you mixed up the last 2 screenshots "conc effect without charges" and conc effect without charges"

thats a low dps for tendrils ^^ 80k+ is good for a build :)

your crit chance is so low :s
and with a 6L and high lvl max lvl gem, the dps of ur tendril is really really low.

imo you can make a really better build with tendril, rare wand and rare shield with max crit chance, use life leech gem and take vaal pact.
And maybe take area nod in templar aswell with the crit spell templar nod

And use lw+reduce duration, the clear speed in the botw video is so low with without any movement skill and this skill

The tree has been continued work in progress. The duration node I wanted to see how that would play. The build is not a set in stone standard (i do mention this) and can be modified however you like. Heck, that goes for any build. Especially with passives like that not ending in a major keystone.

I didn't go into templar because starting from Scion it would be too much traveling and didn't make sense. From witch it would be easier since you wouldn't have to travel down by scion. This was a respec character and is why scion was chosen.

The dps can be higher with conc effect gem. Yes rare wand and shield can be used. I say all of this in my build. You don't have to have all of those items. The thing is the build isn't focused on getting the highest damage but rather on damage and survivability. Especially after attempting atziri and running into high level reflect there needed to be a way to mitigate that. That is when I removed the rare shield and placed Saffel's Frame along with Purity of Lightning.

I do have a lightning warp/reduced duration on weapon switch I occasionally use. You can easily place this into the build all by yourself. Again, nothing is in stone, this is just how I play it.

gloves - RM - Purity of L - Herald of Ice - Clarity
helm - RM - Herald of Light - reduced duration - lightning warp
shield - Empower - Ass mark - AA
