I don't think GGG would implement quivers with caster mods such as cast speed or spell damage. Would be nice of them to change the weapon elemental damage mod to a less restrictive elemental damage mod but I doubt they would do that. There was a build in beta where you would go facebreakers and use the fire conversion quiver but they changed that. I guess GGG has a specific destination and usage for each type of weapon, a lot less restrictive compared to other ARPGS but still. Wouldn't make sense for an archer with a bow and quiver to be casting spells and benefiting from those items.
