It's semi-budget in standard.

But if you honestly read the entire thing and come out of it with 'that's not semi-budget alternative'. There might be something seriously wrong with you.

Hey i wanted to ask if it is possible to use CI instead of shavs for a way of making your build still work on rly low budge? if yes what chest piece with CI would u choose to replace shavs? and is it HC viable?

To be honest, I am not sure how well it would work as CI. I have never tried it because I have access to a shavs. I am sure it would be worth trying out.

i thought it was crit build.finally reading fully its lowlife build.plzz but shavs crit arc in title,so that ppl can move on to other new league builds.back to foxarcer builds.

A few questions;

How much resists do you have w/o auras?
How do you work with reflects?
Which flasks are you using, prolly a few surgeons?

Also wondering about how much hit rating you got, since PoE rerolls a crit and checks accuracy, so higher acc = more crits.

And last question; any toughts regarding tendrils vs arc?

Trying to see if its possible on micro-budget gear as well ;)
Just traded a 5L shavs (skippin faster casting as the 6th), gonna try and see how I can use the vertex mask best etc. Also got some voidbringer in stash, but think it will be hard enough to maintain tempest+AA lvl 21

81% lightning res with auras
75% fire
75% cold

If i'm going into a reflect map, i swap out empower for life leech temporarily. Normal reflect packs inside non-reflect maps are easy to deal with, pop a lightning flask if you need to.

I use



Spells cannot 'miss'. Only attacks can. You don't need accuracy for spells like arc.

Lightning tendrils is pretty cool to play around with but it still doesn't touch Arc when it comes to raw clearspeed. Arc autoseeks enemies and chains, it's easily the best spell atm for farming/mapping.

You may have to make some minor adjustments to the build to fit your situation. Just use my setup as a guide for your own. You should do just fine.

Cheers for the info and yep, I've played with fox's RF/Arcer before 1.2 and then I tried a CoC build out, which was totally insane when it comes to clear speed etc but I got a bit fedup with the desync issues. Will see if I can get this build to work out.

First impressions so far is that I need +str to gear since the lack of +str nodes stops me from using my old level 20 reduced mana gems (109 str req). Also I'm running OOM pretty much, so gotta boost mana reg.
