Elemental Crit Spectral Throw [2.0 Updated]

That's the finished passive tree at Level 96. I suggest you to go for the reservation nodes first to run your two empowered auras and two heralds as soon as possible.
For bandits, I went with Oak/Kraityn/Alira.



Level 96

Ruby and topaz flasks are very good against reflect
Atziri's Promise gives you a nice DPS Boost and the life leech also helps against reflect
One instant life flask for clutch situations
Rumi's Concoction for extra defensives (Can be replaced for a flask of your choice)

Also, I suggest you to go for the Surgeon's prefix on the elemental flasks for almost 100% uptime.
For suffixes I went with Warding and Staunching. If you want you may also roll Staunching on your life flask for some extra coverage on bleeding.

Alpha's Howl is the most important piece of gear because you want the +2 Auras and 8% reduced mana reserved. (You don't need a Level 4 Enlighten but I think you can spare a reservation point then.)
Also decided to Empower Wrath and Anger because it wasn't worth it to fit in Haste in my opinion.


In terms of weapons, I suggest you to go for a dagger with high attack speed (1.9+) and high crit chance (8.8+). Additional elemental damage on the dagger is very useful, but the main damage really comes from the attack speed and the crit chance.


I went with Atziri's Step because of the high evasion and the spell dodge is also a nice extra. Normal rare boots should also do the job if you're looking to max out your resists.


I think Maligaro’s are the best choice right here.


You could either go with a rare Chest, Belly or Lightning Coil. Don't have a 6 Link LC so I chose Belly.

On the chest and shield you basically should just look for high evasion, life and good resists.
In terms of jewellery you want weapon elemental damage and additional crit chance or crit multi is never bad.

Spectral Throw - LMP/GMP - Blood Magic - Life Leech - Weapon Elemental Damage - Faster Attacks

If you have a 5-link just go without Faster Attacks and you still should be fine. If you use LMP or GMP is up to you.

Gloves (GGRR)
Whirling Blades - Faster Attacks - Blood Magic - Fortify
Fortify on Whirling Blades is basically the go-to atm for ranged Dagger builds.

Boots (BBBG)
Herald of Thunder - Herald of Ice - Curse on Hit - Assassin's Mark

HoT/HoI with CoH and Assassin's Mark is my way of sustaining Power Charges and curses you. The Heralds don't need Enlightens so you can just put both into the CoH Setup.

Shield (GRR)
Blood Rage - Enduring Cry - Blood Magic

Frenzy/Endurance Charge generation.

Weapon (GGR)
Vaal Haste - Summon Ice Golem - Blood Magic
