fp q20, is the most important gem to get20%, try to get it as soon as possible its make a huge diference
For the price i dont know its depend ur league and the market, just look the price of other fp quality.

It's not just projectile speed, you also get a free socket in your 4/5/6 link because you don't need that faster projectiles gem anymore. So yes, it's worth the 1ex.

More projectile speed= more range= more and better survivability.

what should i do for play this build on hardcore?

Play the normal first link, not the 182%hp.

still enjoying ur build alot. i been playing it in bloodlines and im lvl 73, very close to 74. took a small break from bloodlines to play torment to try for some of the challenges. atm doing glacial cascade in torment using the same tree and it is going just as well.

my gear sucks in bloodlines but clearing up to 71 maps with no issue. im running the more tanky version myself. i know u mentioned above to use the first link, but i like having the health atm. maybe ill switch over when i get better stuff but i only have like 3500 health atm. plus i am going to need to find mana regen jewelery and i still beed to grab a cloak of defiance. also im thinking of using some GCPs to get my FP to 20%. here is my crap gear:
