Maybe try this out? This looks like fun, could maybe try a bloodlines variation, but would lose some damage. maybe take the regen node on the way out instead. Not much other life nodes without some travel.

Really a neat combo of utilizing the cold damage from herald of ice to shock, so you can freeze things with your lightning damage. Ive seen quite a few cool builds out there that freeze things. The nodes needed are similar to my glacial cascade and cold snap char I played last league. I had cold snap on prolif inc aoe and cold pen, nice long lasting freeze that could freeze bosses if you hit a lower hp mob close to it. I wonder how well ball lightning would really freeze since it is a bunch of small hits, repeatedly freezing? It seemed to freeze piety well, but not vaal or dom till the end of each.

Curious what else could be done here, or explored with ball lightning.
