RaizQT's budget RF incinerator (Atziri killer build) 2.0 UPDATED!
"I was running a level 88 Templar using basically this build in 1.2 and, now that I've re-specced him around the new tree he does more damage and has more life regen but has slightly less HP and is a little squishier due to the AA nerf.
My Gear
(That's essentially the same as I was running in 1.2. It's my level 70 - 75 map running gem set up - the IIQ and IIR get swapped for a 19/20 Fire Pen and a 20/20 Faster Casting for the serious stuff.)

" This is the 1.3 tree Raiz posted earlier. It's for Templar but you can still use it for Marauder. The problem is that the leveling trees are borked. I asked him on stream but I guess he was busy since I didn't really get an answer that helped. IGN: Koettsnurr - Warband
