Hi, Thank you for taking the time and posting the build,
I have a question thought, what about mind over matter skill which is 4 points down from golems blood? I was considering it but i see you dont even mention it in your buit i would like to know whats your opinion about it, any thoughts? Thanks |

I missed the party about lightning resist, to deal with Atziri storm calls..
how do you do to deal w/ it ? just Purity of Lightning + Flasks ? didnt find more tricks to have a better max lightning resist, is there some tip on it ? WTS - IRL Superior Determination = PRICELESS

Honestly have to say that I am thoroughly enjoying this. So far I'm at lvl 80and as long as I pay attention to what mods are on the map and what the boss is I am having very little problems with maps. Also am starting to q20 my gems except for auras since I'll be mostly solo. Granted this isn't built as a marauder I went witch the build itself is still feeling very strong. If any one would like to party up in standard and grind some maps feel free to add me. Ign is shade_incinerator. Anyone 75 and up is more than welcome.

Great build, Killed Atziri today at level 83, 4700hp, 1200 tool tip dps on incinerate.

Can this build run advanced maps such as death and taxes?

so as this is supposed to be a cheap build, I cannot afford rise of the phoenix, what do I do then with RF?

Earlier in the thread I saw some comments about lightning coil vs cloak of defiance and issues with cold/lightning damage. I will say that last league I created an RF incinerate witch (this league marauder/scion are clearly superior) and from my experience if you are doing difficult rare maps lightning coil is much much better. However, for atziri CoD is a better choice. I enjoy high level maps more than atziri farming so I went with the lightning coil setup long term. If you wish to run lightning coil it is beneficial to take literally all aura nodes and run all 3 purities + vitality. This makes gearing easier and really boosts tankiness and let's you spec out of arround 3% life regen on the tree. You also get 7% increased resist to lightning for the atziri fight as opposed to only 5% with just inner force. It also positions you nicely for the shadow and ranger projectile speed nodes allowing us good clear speed without the low dps faster projectiles gem. Last league all aura nodes also made it possible to use saffels instead of ROTF as well for even more tankiness, however this league you would need too much regen for this to be feasible. I also personally used doon for my weapon and stacked nearly 800 strength on tree/gear as I preferred added chaos to fire pen since I focused on spell damage. This was also helpful because iron will doubled my dps and added no mana cost.
All of that being said amazing job with your build raiz! Super cool to see incinerate RF getting build of the week it's a really fun build. I love the straight fire stacking to max single target with rf and the use of doryanis for leech. I will have to try to respec to this variation and see how much easier atziri is! |
