RaizQT's budget RF incinerator (Atziri killer build) 2.0 UPDATED!

Hey yall for you people who are doubting this build...

I am currently lvl 75 in tempest and started off with NOTHING in this league.

So far, this build has worked very well. I chose to level with fire totem + firestorm dual wielding a dreadarc (flammability on hit) and a 2+ fire gem wand bought for 2c. This lasted me till lvl ~60 until i bought a corrupted 5L for 3c (yup!!! corrupting tempest baby) and got RotP and purity of fire to lvl 17 = turned on RF and incinerate at this point. Super tanky through leveling due to the HP regen nodes!!!

Here's my gear so far. Note that everything is self-found/bought via currencies I have earned in the game (total cost of gear = ~just a tid shy under 1 ex). I am using incinerate w/ blood magic (not rich enough to craft elreon rings yet) and have chosen to run iron will instead of fire pen due to the HUGE damage boost. Tooltip dps is around 8.9k w/ incinerate. Life is around 5k (even w/ the shitty, no-life armor) Note that you don't need to run faster projectiles.... having a quality incinerate already results in increased projectile speed (and having 40% @ lvl 20 gives good coverage to blast down mobs from far away). I also chose to place a culling totem in the cuebiyiri for MF purposes when i map (w/ the lvl 30 iron will, the totem itself does 6.5k dmg!!!). Note that the cuebiyiri gives more damage to incinerate due to the % dmg increase per 8 str mod as compared to a cybil. Maybe if you got more block % nodes, the cybil will give more dmg? (not confirmed). dmg reduction from armor is at 50%, all resis are maxed out and running vitality + PoF for now.

Couldn't 3 blue soc my helmet yet, so just running RF w/ increased AoE and increased burning dmg.

In terms of passives, I grabbed all the % life regen mods first, then started to grab some dmg nodes.
For those having trouble w/ sustaining incinerate w/ bm = make sure your max fire resis is good and PoF is @ lvl 17. I actually grabbed a unique gem that gives 2% life regen (but 10% increased dmg taken) and that solved my problems of sustaining my life. Once I get more health/better gear, i will take that gem off for a DPS gem.

Definitely a viable build, mapping has been a breeze and I always pop a ruby while killing mobs... the extra fire resis results in a boost in life regen and that seems to be enough for most mobs. Reflect isn't an issue as well cause ruby mitigates it well.

My plans are to get a good 6L belly of the beast, decent dps gems, and craft elreon rings and transition to a non-bm incinerate build. This will allow me to 6L inciernate w/ LMP, fire pen, iron will, faster casting, spell echo = this should give the maximum dps output possible in addition to the RF boost.

What do you guys think about not taking Iron reflexes (saves 3/4 points).

Isn't having 50% phys mitigation from armor and 35% eva chance better than 70% phys mitigation?

anyone plays both build RF incinerate Marauder and mana based incinerate witch?

I am stilling thinking to regret my marauder to this build.

hey ok the way you explained it makes alot of sense,
but i got a few question.

1.why not go for cloak of defiance but got for a belly.
2. why are we still using rise of the phoenix, while we can equip a searing touch together with the elreon buff that makes u get less fire dmg to oneself?
basicly its the rigtheous fire buff. but im still debating this.
3. i see yourusing blood magic, but wasnt this all about using manan instead of health?

and 4: im new to this game thats why im building this build. i dont have those fancy uniques to level with and i certainly dont have any currency, (still daving up for my first chaos).
incinerate isnt working for me yet at lvl 25 since it costs just too much mana.

1. cloak of defiance has energy shield = more fire dmg taken. better to go beast of belly that boosts % which ultimately increases your life regen (% of life regen = higher life = higher regen rate). I can see how CoD can fit w/ a mana based RF inci build, but that's not budget at all... good luck crafting elreon rings to sustain mana upkeep (in addition to 2 auras?!)

2. RotP is the primary item here that allows us to run this build. the +8 to max fire resist is what keeps us alive dude. Sure, we can get the elreon's less dmg taken over time... (if you have high elreon level). But honestly, budget wise, I think RotP is far easier to attain self-found vs crafting your own shield and trying to manage RF that way.

3. I believe this build is based off of BM... the life regen allows us to sustain RF AND incinerate at the same time. IT is definitely viable w/o BM however, but you will have to invest in more currency = hence becoming not budget friendly. Like I said, once I find better items, I will slowly be transitioning to a mana based RF-inci build. Crafted elreon jewelery is what will allow me to attain it.

At lvl 25, just pick up one elreon ring/ammy. I used this
and it mitigated all my mana problems up to level 65!!!
Started with nothing in warbands. Need Belly to finish build. Only thing I hate is life degeneration when mobs curse me. Atm have 776 life/sec and maybe that will fix when finish 16% life from tree and/or get Belly.

- Over 6k life.
- Positive chaos res, all res capped with POF up.
- 12k armor with grace up. 39k armor with flask + molten

So you said we need to avoid ES, but does that mean 100% avoid ES, or not neccessarily? becuase i noticed you wear an ES headgear and a Cloak of Defiance which also gives a bit of ES. Is it just that we want as LITTLE ES as possible to avoid the possibility of degening?
So this build seems updated but the gear is not updated, correct? If so what should we aim for "end game"?
