RF Diagnostics!

Not enough Life Regen..
Fire Res not where it needs to be..
Took buff nods and require more Life Regen than you currently have..
Took buff nods and you're fire res isn't up to par because level 20 PoF is required..

I recommend using POE Builder to find out how much Life Regen you have, people often mess up on counting it out themselves.

My Current build at 96 for comparison, I have lvl20 purity of fire, Inner Force buff wheel and Devotion buff nod, and exactly the amount require to just keep my health from degen'ing...I suggest opening it and typing in the search box "life regen" and compare what you have to what I have...because you are overlooking something, if everything was the way it should be you wouldn't be degen'ing life...one of the stats isn't up to par like you are saying, can't be!



Another thing to be aware of is the life will slightly fluctuate no matter how much regen you have "go up and down by a few life(anywhere between 15-50 life)" that is natural, just the way they have things designed...unavoidable! But if you are straight degen'ing down to 1 life, you don't have something the way it should be like I said!

Okay, post your CURRENT Maximum HP, and in your Character Defense ('C' key) the 'Life Regen per second.

Mine is (Level 85)......

MAX Life - 5088 (Including + Life from gear).
Life Regen - 663.7
Rise of Phoenix, Level 19 PoF.
Health Regen - 13.04, but please bear in mind that includes any '6 life regen per second' (or whatever) from gear. My boots has 3 Life Regen per second.

I do not lose life from RF (unless it is a 50% reduction in regen, or Vulnerability maps). You are not doing something right.

Here I did this Spreadsheet a while ago, that should tell you how much life regen is needed to support RF at different Max resistances and with the different combinations of buffeffects.

i have made some change on my build to take life node first and i beat the degen. i have a nice life regen now and thanks to all of you for your response and sorry for my bad english ^^.i have 3450 hp and 460 hp regen

why raizqt uses herald of ice in his build and not herald of ash or herald of thunder ?
Because he didn't have them, if I remember correctly. Use HoT. That is the current recommendation. I use it all the time and farm Atziri regularly.

Herald of Ash in this build is useless.

First phase of Ash is a % Physical damage to fire, and this build is Elemental/Fire. The second phase is overkill damage, where any unused damage that was converted to fire, spreads via the radius effect to other mobs (The ring of fire effect). Given that we never procure Physical to Fire damage, that means we do not Proliferate overkill damage.

Herald of Ash Just does not work. I have tried it.

Herald of Thunder and Ice both work, but they are not spells, they are 'Casts', so any 'Spell Damage' modifiers from tree or gear, do not work on them, but they both work to add Spell damage as Cold or Ice, giving you the secondary effects of either the Lightning strike after killing shocked, or Shattering mobs after freezing them.

Now, the mechanics of HOT and HOI, You get the 'ADDED Lightning' damage, or ADDED Cold Damage, you do not get the base damage, because we are Spell casters, Therefore The two heralds that do work, Only work with the 'Adds y-z Lightning Damage to Spells', or the 'Adds y-z Cold Damage to Spells'. Those damages are enough to procure second phase, which is The Lightning storm effect, or Mob shatter.
That's right he never considered HoA because it would be dumb.

I still think HoT is better than HoI, but I might try HoI one day if I ever get a free slot on my flip side to level one up.
