What about 0.05s cooldown, does it hit CoC hard? I never played CoC and want to try it out but not sure if it isn't too annoying?

the cooldown really isn't much of a problem. im sitting at lvl 69 right now and it melts through the maps with no problem. but I have just started playing a CoC build so im not sure on what the speed was before. now though it seems to proc quite often.
also on another note, at what level does this build become atziri viable and also what skill setups and flasks are good for it while running atziri? The past is a ghost that haunts you from the moment it exists, until the moment you do not.

" The cooldown is a non-issue, I don't notice any change from before the "nerf" I was doing atziri mid 80's in the last leauge, that was with a lot of spellblock tho. But once you know the mechanics of the fight it shouldnt be a big problem. Will also update the skilltree a bit, changed some stuff. |

good to hear that im close to it. also any help on my gear would be appreciated. im trying to fine tune it and get it running the best I can. yes my res is a bit low but so far have not really had much of an issue with it. am running maps with practically every mod and having no problems.
