How do you get power charges? Or do you not use them?

How do u cast arc if u got zealoth's oath + ghost reaver + blood magic in tree ?
Obviously its not possible to regen health while ure casting arc from health am i right ?

There are 2 ways as stated above, the first is ZO cuts of health regen correct its where the MF flask comes into play. You still are able to recover heath with it more heath per tick then your ArC cost but not a burst amount of healing allowing you to maintain a 100% up time on the flask.

The 2nd way assuming your not using a flask is to use Assassins mark, this allows you to get heath per kill. as well as provide power charges.

i think for now ill just not put ghost reaver, so i could maintain it from warlord's mark,
maybe when i will be geared better ill use way u do

Alternatively you can use a resist/ ES belt and drop purity and not a demi god's
