So I went ahead and built this build on my witch and it is absolutely nuts... ill link gear and tree so you can see what ive done with this build
With empower in the bow the Explosive Arrow is level 26, pretty op lol i just need a 20/21 explosive arrow now, gonna be a long hunt for that
Gear
I dont know what to put in the gloves, so ill probably use them as a gem leveling slot until i figure it out, I thought about Assassin's mark but this doesnt have any issues with power charges at all from what ive noticed.
Passive
I still have to get the aura effect node, herbalism, and ill probably move over to cruel preparation by the witch start once im done leveling

Pretty impressive, is it playable has CI ?

I'm trying this build and i'm having a lot of fun! Will this still be viable with the nerf to crit coming on 1.3?

Has anyone tried this with 1.3? I've just gotten a +3 bow and using EA+LMP+RD+PCoC will clear most packs with a crit but my single target damage is just terrible. I've got to kite and whittle down rare mobs and bosses for what seems like an eternity.

Well im using also EA but without Crit,just going with RT and it works well.
