[HC viable] Oro's Sacrifice - Elemental "Flickerfucking"

Would anyone with this build want this helm? Got the flicker strike enchant.

Interesting build! I'm currently leveling an Oro's Flicker build (almost 67 so I can use Oro's) planning on using Kaom's Heart and took as much fire damage as I could, including Fire Lash down by the Duelist for a ton of extra fire damage with weapons. I used Firestorm to level due to the amount of fire damage I've grabbed, and even if Oro's Flicker doesn't work out, I've made an awesome Firestorm/Tank Scion. I might link my build if it turns out well. Hoping for a "one shot everything" explosive build, running Blade Dance boots for extra frenzy charges. Currently have 250-300% fire damage with a planned %fire damage bonus of over 450%. Which will be more than 2000-2600 base damage with Oro's. Haven't grabbed my ascendancy class points yet either, due to not knowing how the build will work out, but I'm thinking raider/inquisitor for frenzy charges and damage.
