my english is not very good
your passive tree is not good enough,too many mana, hp is not enough
your hp+unreserved mana is low
you should try empower
you dont need discipline,you already have high man regen,
what ThorRR said is true,but you can make your build better with these items

it's easy to kill bosses?

following some part of your build with some changes....im using a 5l Taryn's Shiver and a 5l cloak... killing and freezing mobs and packs of monsters is really easy....the problem comes when the boss appears...i cant freeze bosses.....how do you freeze bosses?..can you permafreeze a boss or you need the pledge of hands for that?...without pledge what happen?
