Hi there! I just killed Uber Atziri on Rampage :) Linking gear + build for now to allow Ghazzy optimizing things. I pretty much YOLOed - 3rd uber attempt ever. The first one was as close that I thought I could make it. Voila! Gratz on ubers! I would recommend a staff with 18% base chance to block. Such as the Maelstrom Staff. The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300. Great accomplishment! But how is this a budget 20 exalted build? That weapon alone, 6 linked, is worth a hell of a lot more. Then you have all them 20% gems and the rest.
