Sorry. Tree works now. Poeurl did something strange for some reason.

Is it possible to run this without frenzy charges or is it too big dps loss?

You can run it without the frenzy charges on the tree but there is really no reason not to run blood rage even if it only gives you 3 frenzy charges. You're tree is mostly fine however if you don't want Resolute Technique you should get a bit of accuracy on the tree. Also Celerity isn't very good for this build as you don't need the movement speed and the evasion isn't super important. Also the elemental damage from Shadow is more effiecient than forces of nature as it grants 42% elemental damage for 4 points instead of 34% for 4 points (includes traveling point). Also it is general elemental damage rather than weapon elemental damage so it scales the active parts of your heralds like the explosion of ice and lightning bolts.

Since the new "Reduced Mana" doesn't work with auras, i'm using a lot of Mana Reduce at the tree skill.

But i can only use 3 Heralds and still like 30% mana left, and i'm using blood magic for the Spectral Throw, what its the other aura that i could use?

Herald of Ash adds very little to your damage. With no reduced mana from the tree you can run herald of Ice, Thunder, and Wrath/Anger. With an Alphas howl and at least12% reduced mana from tree swap herald of thunder for anger/wrath.
