I use it with my Arc caster. It's amazingly effective.

Anyone still playing this build? I'm trying to decide on an arc build for the next SC league.

Also curious about using herald of thunder to apply curses. Do you feel it has a far enough range to be effective? Seems a major benefit of using Arc is its long range, but if HoT is not cursing enemies at max range it seems likely you want keep power charges up all the time.

Herald of Thunder is great damage boost, but I personally prefer to self cast my curses with increased area of effect.

Wouldnt it make sense to drop one of those 20% crit nodes and go through the 5% shock chance node for the same points?

My take on Arc. Note that I started templar (better secondary starting nodes) but it runs up to shadow as well.

If you don't have pledge you want to use Spell Echo in your links. New lightning staff seems really strong for this build;

Glad you like it! I recommend using Herald of Thunder with the build, when I created it there was no Herald back then.

Noob question: Where do the power charges come from?
