4L: Freezing Pulse+GMP/LMP+Spell Echo+Cold Pen/Cold to Fire
-Use Cold Penetration early when leveling. When you get to higher levels and still have a 4L, depending on your crit chance, use Cold to Fire if you have issues against reflect (which may happen in merciless)
-Use Assassin's mark when leveling to gain power charges.
5L: Power Charge on Crit - This increased your single target DPS
6L: Increased Crit Damage - This further increases your single target and AoE damage

Clarity (preferably empowered)

Arctic Armour (empowered)
-In combination with Cold to Fire, this definitely helps deal with reflect. I can do reflect extremely easily, as long as I play smart. Reflect packs are 90% a joke if they aren't surrounded by a huge pack/other allies cannot die totem. If you die it is mainly your fault and not the build, because this allows you to control it a lot better with C2F.
Warlord's Mark
-Use this curse in combination with CWDT. I use level 3 CWDT+level 6 Warlord's Mark. This helps a lot with Cloak of Defiance and overall defense in general since it leeches both life and mana for any attack/spell.

Shadow:
Has more base DEX so you don't need DEX on gear and mainly focus on STR.
Starts at Elemental Damage nodes, which increase Herald damage.
Witch:
Has access to 1pt 40% mana regeneration node at start.
