I just want to add, that during leveling and until one gets a Chain gem and some Mana nodes/items, Barrage+Fork imho is superior to Power Siphon for trash.

Barrage gets boosted by and synergizes very well with the Heralds (I currently use HoI) and the gem setup is the following:
Barrage+Weapon Elemental Damage+Added Fire Damage+Fork+Power Charge on critical

LMP/GMP just adds projectiles but the aoe range of Barrage is very small, so against large groups Fork is far better, because it ends up in three small aoe cones, that will hit also mobs who stand side by side. Even larger groups of mobs can get easily killed, because of rapid firing, often criting and the secondary effect of HoI. I only use PS against mobs with large hp pool like Bosses.

So until getting/finding Chain gem, Mana nodes and items with the right sockets the use of Barrage and Power Siphon is diametrical. B for trash and PS for single target. For fast moving mobs like exiles and so on, who tend to avoid the projectiles by just running around, I recommend a totem like flame totem or (for the fun) a barrage ranged attack totem with fork too (= 6 streams of projectiles rapidly fired, covering a whole room).

The downside is no life & no elemental damage. The leech & physical damage is nice though (and the resists of course).

Cloak of defiance - you'd have to drop an aura or two. Up to you if you value defence more than dps.
Rathpith - while the 10% life is nice, the ES is a bit on the low side for shields and the spell damage is wasted. For the price of rathpith you can find a better shield for this build imho.

if you have the currency for a CoE, Rathpith is BiS for this build
if not there are better options

I thought about cloak of defiance because i want to try this build on beyond league.

Yes i will, however i will be going elemental for this season with Kinetic Blast. Ill update the phy crit wander build though (with power siphon)

And could you, please, add some lvling tips to it?

With leveling, i leveled as flameblast + fire trap til level 53, and switched over.
