Greetings,

in the first place, this thread is to showcase the build i came up with, probably going more in depth when the character developes.

I played a similar Character on Beyond and will play this updated one in the 1 Month HC Race.
Until i get the Rise of the Phoenix and leveled gems i will use the non-RF version at the end of the Thread.

The things i am aiming for are:

Chest

Firestorm - Fire Pen - Echo - increased Duration - Life Leech - Conc Effect

Life Leech will drop with Leech on Gear and be replaced with Iron Will or Faster Casting
6l could be conc effect.

Weapon

I would still use Life Leech with Leech on gear.
This Skill is insanely strong but it could relect you dead, thats where alle the Max.Fire resist kicks in, a build with <80 Fire resist couldnt handle this.

Cast when Damage Taken - Enduring Cry - Immortal Call - Arctic Breath (or Duration, what you like)

The Cookie-Cutter Combo. I like to use Arctic Breath in the current League and with this Build because the Chilled Ground lasts 1.67sec on lvl 1. Thats 0.02 secs longer than the Gem on lvl 20.

The rest of the gear are random rares, nothing planned there at the moment.
Lightning Coil may be Possible if i change Vitality to Purity of Lightning
Belly may also be possible.
There are a few powerful and expensive Uniques that can work here but only Rise of the Phoenix is Required

I will probably go for Dual Cursing via item to run Flammability or Ele Weakness + Warlords Mark so i can drop the Life Leech gem (except for Curse Immune Maps).

Obviously drop Righteous Fire and the supportgems add ... many possibilitys... maybe split the shield for a curse on hit combo, swap it for a 3l vaal combo or use something like Arctic Breath Totems for CC

drop Vitality, take Discipline (for higher AA) or Herald of Ice
