that would get enough block, but what about life and mana/mana regen.

36 block vs 37 block (ok) 42% cast speed vs 6% cast speed (terrible) 64% maximum mana vs 0% maximum mana (terrible) 100% mana regen vs 40% mana regen (terrible) 60% total spell elemental dmg vs 0% (terrible) 163% life vs 123% life (a bit worse) etc etc etc I think max block incinerate just can't be done anymore. :\ |

I'm playing similar build and new tree doesn't look that bad. Trade block passives for more life and a lot more offense. Block cap is still achievable with Rumi's Concoction.

" your build has 123% increased life, which makes it really low for hardcore. and to get the max block as you achieved in that tree there is a lot of wasted points, mostly from the duelist side, because are all intended for melee skills. I think is going to be better to stick with witch and have like 50% block/spell block. just my opinion. |

Personally, I think they are just going to lower the cap to 50% and if so, you could drop the whole right side of the tree and do the following instead while wearing a 4% block lazhwar.

I assume they don't want you to be 75/75 anymore, more or less 50/50, wich is ok, as some said. Maybe it is not for Atziri, but Atziri should not be taken into consideration, imho.
