he has the heavy boots, the armour boots, so that he can get RRRR sockets for the CWDT setup. it is extremely difficult to get four red sockets on evasion boots. like you're talking thousands of chromes unless you do sexual favours or something

Yep, or in my case, I have a pair of 50/50 Evasion/armour boots from my previous build that I passed down on. Essentially you need 4 red sockets for protecting yourself from the hits that get through your evasion, and as such this isn't something you can skimp.

On an unrelated note, I am really happy with this build thus far in that the combination of insane movement speed and damage avoidance means I feel even tankier than my old AA build. Anytime I feel threatened, I just run away. And if I was ever surrounded I just shoot tornado shots into my feet and that usually clear the packs away. Sniping Rogue Exiles from offscreen with puncture is a guilty pleasure of mine, and the ability to run far away after opening a strongbox is invaluable. I haven't died to a strongbox in this build yet.

Nice post! I'm doing my own version of a TS build but I have a simple gem question. I see that you are using PCOC instead of faster attacks. Given I havent taken any power charges from tree, would this provide more dps overall? I know it will not be consistent dps like FA would provide but I have a high crit chance/chance to hit so I am curious if I should roll an extra blue instead of green slot on my bow. Thanks.

Your bow has excellent raw damage, but with no crit damage bonus at all. That might not be that bad a thing if you got crit everywhere else, but t depends on your crit chance. If you can get your crit chance to 40% or more without any crit bonus on your bow, it might be okay. I myself prefer the constant crits as that is what keeps monsters stunned and my ranger safe.

Doesn't matter what league you play,n my bow i bought in trade bow for mirrored amuleti belive the only bow better is the mirrored glyph mark

TS + ICD + PCcC + GMP + PPAD + Added Fire Damage

or

TS + ICD + PCcC + GMP + PPAD + Pierce

or some other combination I forget is relevant in the "best" discussion?

Obviously can't easily swap between the two, due to socket colors.

There was a discussion on page 33 or so, but it felt unfinished/inconclusive to me.

2. Why getting +1 Power Charge wasn't considered? Or was it>
