[2.0] Cheap, 5L Atziri Farmer - 22K TT DPS LMP Incinerate RF

I recently respecced into this from another Incinirate build and enjoying it, really tanky.

However, I'm currently using an Alpha's Howl. Currently at 900 mana unreserved, need to bump that to 1k.

What's your take on that? My logic is +2 to Purities/ 8% mana reserved and freeze immunity makes up for the lack of mana.

Since my rings and amulet are garbage, my life is at 3.3k currently lvl 78. Hopfeully I can get it to 4k with better jewelry.

I have one question though. How come you are not using a good wand with 60% spell dmg + 15% cast speed etcetc and 1% fire leech enchanted on it to get life instead of using a cybils paw?

My guess would be the insta heal which adds up pretty guick from incinerate, i could be wrong here ;)

Hey mate, glad that you are enjoying the build.

Alpha's howl is a really poor choice for this build. +2 Levels on your purities isn't going to get you anymore Max resist, unless you run empower with it, that will increase the ammount of reserved mana the purities use, moreso that the reduction from the 8%. Further to this, you lose a huge ammount of your mana pool. If you run a rare ES helm you could potentially gain 800 mana just off your helm. Or you could run Scold's Bridle for the insane damage boost. Basically alpha's is a poor choice.

Basically coz this build's focus is on doing things cheaply. Cybil's paw is cheap! The absolute best outcome for this build would be an 80+ Spell damage wand with 15+ cast speed and +1 Fire leech. But that will cost you an arm and a leg.

just a small update for ya, current tooltip dps is 9.7k (still need to lvl to lvl 20 on my HoT and LMP, both are 19/20%)
Still using a 5l CoD
So your build can definitely do more than what you put as the name :P
and pretty easily.
tested a 6l with my tabula, and it was well over 11k tooltip with just a lvl 18 added light(no quality).

Can do a full atziri run in just a few mins (6-8 usually) with the 5l cod im using.

Still trying to 6l a 6s cod I have! really want to see if this build is capable of uber, im starting to think it very well can be.

Also, i noticed that for lvl 90, i dont need the 3x5% hp nodes in the scion wheel, and i put them into Mental Rapidity instead, personally i like it alot more ^.^
hp loss was minimal so it wasnt a big deal.

Hey man, glad to hear that you are enjoying it, glad to see that you're getting over and above my quoted damage numbers. How much HP do you have? How much unreserved mana do you have? What is your mana regen rate? Mind if you share your gear?

Sure, heres the current stats:
hp: 4,590
mana: 4,240 (1,082 unreserved)
Clarity,PoL,PoF,HoI,HoT
413.9 mana regen, sustaining a lvl 23 AA
TT dps: 9,693.8 (lmp)

Would still liek to upgrade a few peices when i got the extra currency to.
Would also liek to grab a corrupted cybil's paw with the culling strike implicit and a +! rathpiths.

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately I'm on standard so no Scold's Bridle for me, makes me a sad pony.

Oh well, off to farm some decent rare helms. Hopefully I can also aquire some currency as I'd like to use a good rare amulet, my current gear without Alpha's

Ideally you want 4.5K + life and over 1K Mana. So Personally I would do exactly that, get more life.

****Update****

I now have a 10.3K TT LMP Incinerate

Tooltip DPS with this = 9K


Tooltip DPS with this = 10.3K


I have also purchased a new ring and new gloves.


I now have 4.75K Life and 1200 Mana unreserved with 410 Mana regen.

Do you notice much difference in "tankiness" with fire leech from rare wand vs. hit leech from Cybil's?
