Cast on Critical Strike's cooldown has been increased from 0.01 seconds to 0.05 seconds.
Atziri's Acuity: The modifier that makes leech apply instantly on critical strikes now has it apply instantly at 60% effectiveness. Existing versions of this item are affected by this change. The Mortal Conviction notable passive has been reduced to 50% less mana reserved. Tom, is this build dead??? IGN: Dercaz pst away!!!

The acuity nerf is not that huge. Its a nerf yet that would not kill the build.
The nerf to cast on crit from .01 to .05 is a huge nerf IMO. Well back to my general bow characters. Its really hard for them to nerf a build that takes no thought to make or play. Maybe that's what they want - people to just play a few of the same generic builds - at least that is the way its starting to look anymore. I had fun with the build, Thank you Tom for the amazing character it was a blast while it lasted. To be honest, with 3.5 attack speed and around 93-94% crit with gmp we have:
28 projectiles per second After factoring in hit chance and crit chance 21.25 crits per second Cast on critical strike roughly gives 14.88 casts per second This means we cast on average per 0.067 seconds. However,

Since this is RNG and you could get lucky streaks where you crit and cast all the time, these will now be limited by 0.05 seconds timer, so that you can't get lucky 28 casts per second anymore.
Furthermore, this RNG also could get you unlucky streaks, which will continue. I didn't do the math, but this is a nerf so that you cannot get the upper percentiles of the luck distribution curve, only lower percentiles. I would like to say RIP to high attack speed, due to passing 20 casts per second doesn't mean anything with this current cooldown meta. The ways to circumvent this is maybe using 1.3 APS wands now and 12% crit to offset crit nerfs? Or drop haste aura since mortal conviction already got nerfed to somehow make casted spells hit harder? I think that the build is still capable of putting out over 1.5-2mil dps. Edit: Suggestions Section 1.) LMP instead of GMP for harder hitting spells (disregard this since 3 projectiles is not a good idea) 2.) Drop Haste aura and some attack speed nodes from tree 3.) Use 1.3 APS 12% base crit wand to grab spell damage, spell crit nodes and not global ones. 4.) Stack less accuracy in gear/tree to invest in other empowering stuff. Well, since barrage attacks in streaks and crit is rolled per action the 50ms limit severely affects this. I am actually very disappointed in this particular way of nerfing things since it doesn't punish anything below 50ms and then suddenly makes it hit a wall where even better stats start having absolutely no effect which is extremely counterintuitive for normal players.
The new wand skill might actually be a better choice for this build, especially considering the 50ms limit. Also the 60% acuity nerf is a huge deal if leech% still rounds down which as I remember it has. It means we need at least 2% leech to end up leeching 1% with acuities. I'll try to confirm this after the patch hits. Of course the straightforward candidates like spectral throw or other attackers are unaffected because they get a metric shitton of leech from blood rage. :P IGN: Pirteloli

" I'd assume about 66% of the average time between hits. Keep in mind, though, that barrage actually has less attacks per second than the tooltip shows (which appearently is intended, at least that's what I got as a response when I reported it). My barrage tooltip says 3.8 attacks per second while I measure only about 3 per second. IGN: Pirteloli
