There are a few bosses and exiles with mechanics which doesnt fit your playstyle and you just have to avoid them if you dont want to die. It was always like this. For this build Merveil is one of them. It is an easy fight for melee's and superhard for ranged characters. So my answer is no, I can't.

Till 1.1.5 it was a joke. No life loss easy kill in 3 secs....
Impossible fight in 1.2.0.
I red of merveil nerf in 1.2.2 but i no more tried it with my uber high pdps claw build ...
I hope i'll be able to sustain AA when i'll tri with the wander...

my items' set is not optimized but it will should be for my final goals:
- heart of OAK (30% avoidance stun)
- Ondar's Guile (2X avoidance projectile attacks)
- Sovereignity (mana reduction, + aura effects)

and PERHAPS in a far future
- Inner force.

Can you please post your gear and tree. I'm currently level 74 and @5,300 dps. I was thinking about getting all the phys damage nodes possible, along with ondar's. My ES is also at about 5,2k.

The thing that sucks most about this build is the survivability. When I play dominus merc., it takes me a buncha tries to beat him. His attacks kill me like in 1 hit. :(

except for a good wand e jewerly, a pair of quality gems, a semi good shield and body armour, all average items...

Don't try to face dominus merc alone if u have under average items.

2 suggestions:

1) party with higher players which can kill it for u;
2) face dominus when u'll be just arrived at 75 level (so u'll do not lose exp if u'll die sometimes).
