Am I missing something, or does it seem to me that Herald of Ice scales better with levels than Anger?



Values on PoEWiki suggest Herald gains more flat damage per level than Anger.

herald of ice gives less dmg then anger tested it with a lvl 2 empower , did you check the explode values? cause the flat values are -3 less then anger

Where the heck can I get this crit from, bar leveling up more?

your missing the true strike cluster that should give alot crit and i dont like elder power not because its bad because i dont have any points left lol cant even get the crit multi right now and crit multi is always #1

Can any tell me whether I should go Crit Chance/Multi cluster first or Wand passive first?

Wand Cluster will give u 90%critchance+ 30%critmulti + a lot of elemental damage, also would go right for attackspeed/accuracy. dunno, I feel more save and smooth with those nodes, although pure crit multi nodes would result in more tooltip dps with less points.
I'd say u should test it yourself ;)

take another crit multi cluster next 3 levels, when u reach 90, drop them and go for Innerforce, max Aura support for more ES, that u can run 78s rotations, and put the rest in Wand Cluster to make ur dps smooth. when it is finished specc into crit multi again.

witch is possible, but will lack in dps due to missing points for critmultis, aura and/or wand nodes, would not recommend that
