That was already stated before your post, not in a clear manner, but you could guess. Also, if you haven't played a beta game for a long time, better rly try to research what's new and what is not, it's not that hard to find kaom's in those forums or on other webs, where you can see, it's with a new base item. That is not true, no idea who told you this nonsense. Kaoms Armor is one of many other uniques , nothing special about it. I had two or three of them, I personally. And I have see many other peoples owning Kaoms Armor and trying to sell it.

I played A LOT those 2 ladders, first one was the one when in about the middle of it maps were introduced and MoC was taken out, there wasn't a single kaoms found in that ladder.

In the second ladder only one was chanced.

The only kaoms for those 2 ladders in CB were in legacy league (chaos plates).

Except for the one that was chanced (glorious plate).

I have no idea where you got that those 2 ladders were full of kaoms and that they cost 2 gcp each, that is absolutely ridiculous.

Legacy Kaoms != nonlegacy Kaoms. Used to be cheap in legacy and abundant. In the real leagues? One. ONE existed. And now one exists in OB.

Yeap, bersi23 and others had the "common" kaoms heart when the base was also common in past 3-4 ladders.
Last 1-2 ladders the devs changed the base of it so it can only drop from the highest level end-game maps.
Very few bases drop so non-uniques.

But now, the base can drop again from almost all end-game maps levels so i think the OP made a good deal here. More kaoms heart will appear because the base is more common now.

So basicly this armor will appear in almost any map? non unique ofc.
