Will we be able to 6link corrupted items?

In Forsaken Masters, will the armour guy be able to 6 socket and 6 link a corrupted item?
Like this one for example? I know they will be able to "modify" sockets, but that could mean anything and I'm specifically wondering about 6 linking. Maybe there is information I haven't seen somewhere? |

Good question. Would certainly make getting a +1 to Skill Gems unique chest so much easier.

From what it looks like, yeah.
I'm a bit conflicted about it really. On one hand, it does kind of kill some of the risk involved with sciencing your stuff. On the other, the fact that I can't just casually link a chest/2hander is the reason why my Vaal orbs never touch anything that can have 6 sockets. A comprehensive, easy on the eyes loot filter:

Judging from what was said, yes, you can manipulate using chromes, jewels and fuses with the more expensive gauranteed options

What about mirrored items? Will it be possible to rechrom it too like, corrupted ones?

I expect the prices to change sockets on corrupted items will be very high though, and rightly so, to prevent people from corrupting lots of chest armour uniques until you get the corruption you want, then spend the 6S/6L on the perfect one.
