28 Challenging one player and facing his group

I made a level 10 PVP ranger SplinterSlinger.
I have managed to narrow the challenger's level to 18-22 to be fair.
The problem that I have had on several challenges is entering the arena
and facing the person I challenged and their party members. xD

I think it would be cool to see, when right clicking a potential challenger,
whether that person is in a party or not. Entering the PVP 28 queue is too risky
for my current setup.

Thanx
Why dont you just make a 28 pvper? is lvl 10 pvp a thing?

I wanted to see if a level 10 pvp build was viable and easy for new players with limited currency.
And found that it is possible to make a relatively high damage output level 10 build.
I have challenged non-pvp level 28 characters and won.
My current pvp stats are 64 wins 15 losses.
This is not just a level 28 issue, it's a PVP issue, and a good one to point out.

I made a similar "mistake" today, while waiting for my AFK mapping group to return. I challenged a random dude to a PVP match to kill time, and of course that pulled my whole mapping group into the arena with me. Awkward.

In fact, you could argue that this has broader implications than even PVP. It would be useful to know, any time you mouse over a person in town or in your friends list, whether or not that person is in a party and how large of a party it is.
Im all for more "stalking" options from town.
