I hope you guys made similar changes to ES in general so it's not as dependent on using life mechanics to function. I mean why have ES at all if you're forced to use life based mechanics to make it work? Why not just go life anyway then?

This means that the economy of the current leagues will not interfere with the economy of the new leagues, until they are completed.
Aaron Ciccheli, a guy who made millions running Diablo and PoE RMT sites, owns a significant portion of GGG. How's that for a conflict of interest? 7.5% of your supporter pack money goes to this guy.
let me reword some of my questions as they were ignored by chris:

1.) as you can expand your hideout: can other players see it?

2.) are there mictrotransactions for expanding guild halls?

3.) as the hideout in the image has a chest and is located in a instance: is it possible to store away your stuff in the according instance?

4.) regarding "new mods": will that lead to the introduction of new mod types?

5.) are current trader's recipes to get certain mods on items are replaced by the new crafting options?

6.) where are the new items sinks? you kind of destroyed one off the old ones by allowing socket modifications to corrupted items.

finally:
not that it affects me in any way but your solution of the first 50 players receiving physical goods does exclude everybody who can't play in the beginning of the new leagues.
it would have been more fair to have a lottery at the end of league among all players who achieved all the challenges.

how the respec works: your passive tree gets reset and you get spendable passive skill points, you can just calculate stuff easily

I don't know you, but in order the find an optimal balance in the skill tree I do respec part of the tree lots of times...one general reset helps but most of the time is not enough.
The point is to know these details in advance to allow users to recalculate their values and try to limit the mistakes.

Passive tree rework has me both very curious and concern.

Regardless of how it turns out I'd love to see a 'Adds an additional Arrow' keystone for Ranges :)
