season 8 prizes, prismatic ring?

I know prismatics don't drop anymore, therefore are technically rare.

do you actually want one? at 10% max? well theres a white one at 8%
(even presuming it can spawn 10% or wherever on the range)

how does this help? is the ring at least ilvl 60+ ?

this ring is roughly twice the point value of 1 of bereks ring's

how does this figure? a white prismatic?

maybe two stone rings no longer spawn, therefore one can not
create a prismatic from 3 different 2 stone rings? if so
I sorta get this. extremely rare. but how useful? not very.

The race reward prismatic ring is ilvl 100 and has an alternate 2d skin.

An ilvl 79 max implicit legacy version is techically slightly superior from a stats standpoint (12% allres compared to 10%) but only until the almost-inevitable affix power creep in the future makes it obsolete.

Edit: Also, two-stone rings still drop and can be used to craft prismatic rings.

The white rings they give in races with alt-art are for crafting. They are lvl 100, so you can roll any mods and the alt-art is an added bonus.
