Best elemental for witch

Hello.
I am a new one player of PoE and i started as a witch and what is the best elemental for her? And why? Cold, fire or light? Post some builds if u can too ^^ Thanks, and sorry for english. | |

Before picking an element, see which one you like best.
From what I gather I think it is bluntly put like this: Lighting usually has better crit Ice has the freezing/slow debuff Fire is Damage over time Now don't quote me on that, I am new myself. But it is what I quickly gathered through the forums. |

Freezing pulse and spark are the best, fireballs noticeably weaker than both.
Also you generally don't have to worry about changing builds with elements, the "fire/ice/lightning" element nodes are not that good as they offer only a 1% damage over the generic "spell damage/elemental damage" nodes. |
