Best use for Romira's Banquet?

I found this ring off Antalie Napora, and it's fairly valuable, but I'm unsure what it's use is for. Crit based characters generally crit often enough that you wouldn't really build up power charges with it, but non-crit-based characters often have Resolute Technique, which would let you build up power charges until the cow comes home, but then not actually be able to do anything with them (other than Discharge, of course). Is it really just for discharge?

Combined with Resolute Technique you keep power charges pretty much maxed out. I'm desperate to find one myself for my Mjolner build.

Unless you went broke buying mjolnir, they go for 1-2 ex on xyz.

You can try a cold snap build with RT.

i use it for phys crit melee build

it has all that is required for that: huge accuracy and huge crit chance (essentially the mod CC and Power Charges that count as 50% cc a piece)

i think this is build enabler for non-dex crit melee builds. i was actually impressed by how consistent crits are and how high the effective damage is

next build ill make with it is Soul Taker + Molten Strike + Crit variation (or Atziri Catalyst if i figure out how to manage mana as this is the difficult part)

I got very lucky and gambled Mjolner on try 27. But I'm self-found so doomed to farming forever. I'm actually considering trading for the first time but I don't have the ~7ex they seem to cost. I have not seen one for less than that.

I have a unique use for it. I run a typical buzzsaw build but incorporated conduit into it. With romira and endurance charges anyone I run with has perma powercharges and ECs. Buzzsaw builds hit so fast other people end up with full charges within seconds.

I switch out the ring when soloing. It has 0 positive stats for a buzzsaw build(do not use manaleech,mana,crit chance,crit multi or charges).

I don't know the typical cost of them but I bought mine for 25 chaos a month ago.

This is a really cool use for it, as it allow you to spam a skill that is otherwise difficult to use as a primary skill.

Resolute Technique is used to assure you always get the power charge to enable another cold snap cast.

Hm, what about ColdSnap + PCoC with Romira? Will it add power charge AFTER cold snap crit?

Best build is the RT ColdSnap tank...great damage, good survivability and a ridiculous amount of control.
